CUSTOM SIZING PROCESS (IMPORTANT)
This item was made strictly according to the dimensions provided by the buyer.
After making the purchase, the buyer is obliged to provide:

• preferred cut (standard / oversize)
Production will only begin after the buyer confirms all dimensions via Etsy messaging.
Once measurements are confirmed:
• the order goes into production
• no changes, cancellations, returns or refunds are possible
MEASUREMENTS AND TOLERANCES
• All measurements are made manually
• There may be a tolerance of ±1–3 cm
• This tolerance is considered standard for handmade products.
The store is not responsible for any fit defects resulting from:
• incorrect dimensions provided by the buyer
• differences in body shape
• personal fit preferences
Dimensions are given in centimeters and inches.
HAND MADE / UPCYCLED NATURE
All products are made from old clothes or recycled materials.
For this reason, the final product may differ slightly from the photos:

• fabric texture
• suture location
• construction details
These types of differences are a natural characteristic of handmade or recycled clothing and are not considered defects.
RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND CANCELLATIONS
• No returns or exchanges are possible for custom-sized/made-to-measure products.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
• No refunds for:
– incorrect measurements
– dissatisfaction with the fit
– differences in color shades
– minor handicraft changes
SHIPPING AND LIABILITY
Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number:
• responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier
• the order is considered to have been completed by the seller
The store is not responsible for:
• lost or delayed shipments
• carrier delivery errors
• customs delays or customs duties
Any complaints regarding shipping should be directed to the carrier directly.
ITEM CONFORMS TO DESCRIPTION
